Great location for Tokyo Disneyland.

Beds were uncomfortable and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory when requesting for room service. Our room was left unlocked and open when we got back to the hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

Room was not very clean, big piles of dust in the corner. Staff were unable to provide additional pillows for us.

Very nice hotel fir how inexpensive it is with great location.

The place was very nice and comfortable. I would stay again only complaint were pillows were not comfortable they were somewhat hard. Loved the PJs and extra amenities.

Hard pillows and I asked for non smoking because I am allergic to smoke and was put on smoking floor. But we booked last minute because we missed our flight so beggars can’t be choosers I guess.
